Fight Night - Whittaker vs Till-July 26-BATP-min.jpg

Come the end of July, Australian former middleweight champion, Robert Whittaker will square up in the Octagon against powerhouse, Darren Till.

Coming off a loss against Israel Adesanya, a Kiwi native who clinched the middleweight title from Whittaker in the second round on Australian soil, shocking fans in the arena and watching around the world.

Whitaker has yet to step back into the ring, originally scheduled to take on Jared Cannonier in March, Whittaker pulled out for undisclosed personal reasons announcing that when the time is right, he’ll be back.

Previous welterweight title challenger Darren Till moved up to the middleweight division with a victory over Kelvin Gastelum, a contender Whittaker had previously defended his belt against. In this victory, Till was able to successfully break a two-fight losing streak in his last outing, after a failed welterweight title bid against Tyron Woodley and a subsequent knock out at the hands of Jorge Masvidal.

Looking in pristine form, Till recently compared some photos against his body earlier this year and the work he’s put in now, with the latter showing the training that’s been going on behind the scenes.

So confident in the work he’s been putting in behind the scenes, Till is so sure about a certain victory over Whittakers, he’s asked one fan to bet £500 on him, offering to pay the bill should he walk away unsuccessful.

Whittaker walks in the overwhelming favourite, but will Till be able to pull something out to take down the Aussie? Find out here, and watch all the action live at the Official Home of UFC.
